Our Phone Order Policies

   At times our order line can become very busy, your patience is appreciated. We accept Money Orders (our preferred method of payment) in U.S. Funds, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Personal checks are accepted as well, but will delay your order approximately 10-14 days. If timing of an order is a factor please call to confirm prices and availability. We�ll give you arrival date, and your total including shipping. Please order early for holidays, gifts, etc. to insure a timely delivery.  - Thank You


Returns ~ Freight Damage ~ Warranty

Returns:

   All returns are at Self Reliance Resources' discretion.  We are here to serve you to the best of our ability. We try to supply only quality products. Our packages are double checked before shipping to insure that all of your items are accounted for.

   If you have any questions concerning a product, please call before ordering. Our ordering department can answer all your questions to help you make good, informed choices. Only within 30 days, prior approval and a return authorization number (RA#) will we accept returned merchandise. All shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be in resaleable condition and are subject to a 15% restocking fee (our discretion).

Defective Merchandise:

   When appropriate, replacements for defective merchandise will be shipped only upon return and inspection of the goods claimed to be defective. In such cases, a Return Authorization Code (RA#) must be obtained first by calling us. Then, it must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Any carton without an RA# will not be accepted, but returned unopened to you. NO CASH refunds

Freight Damage:

   Every effort has been made to insure that your order will arrive safely. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Package(s)" before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier. If you discover any damage to contents after carrier has left do not throw anything away- this includes all boxes, packing materials, etc. Do not return anything to us without calling to receive a RA# as explained above. This must be done within 10 days of receipt of damaged goods. In most cases UPS will come back for the package to do a claim inspection. If you return it without going through the proper procedure you will VOID any damage claim.

Warranties:

   Manufactures provide and honor the warranties on the products we sell. We are not a warranty repair facility. Please contact them directly if something starts giving you trouble after 10 days of receipt. If you can�t find their phone number please call us. Feel free to also let us know - we like to track how products hold up and how our customers warranty problems are handled by the manufacturers.
